General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply, without restriction or reservation, to the purchase of products offered on the Selvé Paris website (selveparis.com) . By placing an order, you accept these GTC.

2. Products

All products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only, and slight variations in color or cut may occur. Availability is displayed up-to-date at the time of ordering.

3. Price & VAT

Prices are shown in euros (€) , inclusive of all taxes (VAT). VAT is applicable according to current French legislation. Free delivery on orders over €150 , as shown on each product page.

4. Order

After validating your shopping cart and payment, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order. Modifications or cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

5. Payment

Payment is secure and processed via Shopify Payments, PayPal , or Stripe . Bank details are never stored on our site.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Preparation : Your order is processed within 1 to 2 business days .
Carrier : DHL , tracked shipping.
Estimated delivery time : 5 to 7 working days .
Shipping costs : €9.90 in France and the listed countries (see shipping page). Free delivery on orders over €150.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification.

Condition : Item unworn, undamaged, with original tag and packaging.
Procedure : Contact us at support@selveparis.com , then return the package to the address provided.
Refund : processed within 10 working days after receipt of the return, via the same payment method.

Some exceptions apply (sale items, personalized items).

8. Legal Guarantees

Your purchases are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L.217 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). If you have any problems, please contact us at support@selveparis.com with photos of the product.

9. Responsibility

Selvé Paris cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the product or browsing the website. Products are sold strictly within the intended scope.

10. Personal Data

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (dedicated link on the website). You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of your data.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos) is the property of Selvé Paris. Any reproduction is prohibited without our written permission.

12. Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that persists despite our efforts, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
