Returns and Refunds

RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and in the original packaging.

EXCEPTIONS

No returns on: promotional items, personalized or custom-made items.

RETURN PROCEDURE (FREE RETURN)

1. Send an email to support@selveparis.com with your order number.

2. We will send you the prepaid label and shipping instructions.

3. Drop off the package at the indicated collection point. (Any unauthorized return will not be accepted.)

REFUNDS

After receipt and inspection, we will confirm by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

DELIVERY

Standard delivery: 5 to 7 working days with tracking.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU)

For orders shipped within the European Union: you can cancel or return within 14 days without giving a reason. Conditions are the same as above.
