DELIVERY

What are the delivery times?

Between 5 and 7 working days depending on the delivery address.

Is delivery free?

Yes, it's free for purchases of €150 or more . Below that amount, a fixed fee of €9.90 applies.

How can I track my order?

An email with a tracking link is sent as soon as the order is shipped.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 14 days (unworn, with original tags and packaging).

What size should I choose?

Consult the size guide on each product page. If you are unsure, choose the larger size .

PRODUCT & SIZES

Are the cuts fitted?

Most of our pieces have a modern/fitted cut . Refer to the size guide for measurements.

What are your t-shirts / jackets / pants made of?

The composition is indicated on each product page (e.g. mercerized cotton, technical nylon…).

Do your photos reflect the true color?

We calibrate the colors, but slight variations may exist depending on the screen.

Maintenance tips?

Generally: wash at 30°C , turn the garment inside out, iron on a low setting . Avoid tumble drying. Check the care label.

ORDER & SHIPPING

Which countries do you deliver to?

Primarily France (Metropolitan France) and the EU . Other destinations may be available at checkout.

What is the order processing procedure?

Preparation within 24 working hours , then dispatch (total time 5 to 7 working days).

How much does delivery cost?

Available for orders over €150 . Otherwise, fixed fees will be displayed at checkout.

Can I change the address after placing my order?

Contact us as soon as possible before shipment; after this time, the modification is no longer guaranteed.

Will there be any duties/customs fees?

This depends on the country of delivery. Any fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Can my order arrive in multiple packages?

Yes, depending on item availability. You will receive tracking information for your package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return timeframe?

14 days after receipt.

Conditions for being eligible?

Item unworn , unwashed, original tags and packaging , proof of purchase.

How to initiate a return?

Are return shipping costs covered?

No , they are the responsibility of the customer (unless there is an error on our part / defective product).

Do you offer exchanges?

No automatic exchanges. Return the item and then place a new order .

Refund processing times?

Within 2–5 working days after receipt and validation of the return (to the original payment method ).

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank cards (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal , and local options depending on the country.

When will I be charged?

At the time of ordering .

Promo codes: can they be combined or applied retroactively?

One code per order . Not applicable after purchase confirmation.

Invoice / VAT?

An order confirmation serves as proof of purchase. For a detailed invoice, please contact us.
